He is survived by : his wife Kenna Howard of Iona, ID; his son Robert Joseph Howard; his stepsons, Brandon Peoples (Heidi) of Riley, KS and Nathan Peoples (Shanaya) of Idaho Falls, ID; his sisters, Janice Miller (Patrick) of Louisville, KY and Patricia Parker of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughters, Lorelei and Selena; his mother-in-law Dolores Peirsol of Ammon, ID; and his pet Piper.
