He is survived by: his children, Kugar Parrott, Nicole Fry (Mike), Nathen Frailey and Josh Mullins; his siblings, Lori Putzier, Sharron Pierce and Paul Tipton; his extended family, Sandra S. and Lori W.; and his close friends, Paul, Cathy Sharrai, Mike, Debbie Trevino and Dale Patterson. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Back Pavilion.
