She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Andrew Erickson and Sylvia Paso Erickson; husband: Charles Niska (also referred to as Charlie); children: Matthew (Amelia), Jonathan (Katie), Martin (Jen), Rachel, Cara (George) Young, Seth (Meagan), Paul (Raylene), Daniel, Ann Rebecca, and Roger Alan; siblings: Carolyn, Stanley (MaryEllen), Dennis, Gary (Audrey), Norman (Sue), Mary (Peter), Ellwood, Ron (Beth), Helen (Bob), John (Kay), and Norma-Jean; grandchildren: Katherine, Darren, Craig, Kerri, Katrina, KayLee, Benjamin, Andrew, Nathaniel (Kourtnee), Hannah (Justin), Noah, Abigail, Levi, Kaden, Zane, Sylvia, George, Timothy, Martha, Thomas, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Anna, Laura, Ezra, Ellen, Lilly, Candace, Markus, Leo, Edith, Leena, Loretta, Stanley, Elaina, Mila, and Lillian Marie; and twelve great-grandchildren as well as a number of stillborn and miscarried grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel (900 N Lincoln Ave, Jerome, ID 83338).
