He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Marshall; his grandfather Joe Marshall; his mother Marjorie Marshall; his brother Jim; and his wife Louise Rice.
He is survived by: his son DeWitt Marshall (Becky); his grandson Ben Marshall; his children, Steven Marshall (Mary), Mary Brown and Marjorie Smith (Scott); and his granddaughter Emily (family: Aaron, Sophia, James).
