He was predeceased by: his parents, Vestal Adams and Leah Adams. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Phillips; his daughters, April Adams, Eryn Waite, Kimberly Hill and Elizabeth Adams; and his grandchildren, Dakota, IreLynn, Jaeda, Berkley, Jacob, Drew and Dakoda.
