She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wilson Whitaker and Velma Hale; her husband David; her brothers, Donald Whitaker Jr. and Allen Whitaker; and her brother-in-law Ralph Savage.
She is survived by: her children, Karl Smith (Pam) and Dericx Smith (Candi); her grandchild Kyra Germann (Bradley); her children, Kaycie Keller (Cody), Taylor Smith (Lexi), Brecx, Regan and Randi Smith; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Boone Keller, Brooklyn Germann, Taygan and Zayden Smith; and her sisters, Jean Savage and Vineta Graybill (Denis). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (50 E 100 S, Jerome, ID 83338). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Malad Cemetery (375 S 300 E St, Malad City, ID 83252).
