As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kathlyn Morey (Kent) and Newt Morey; and his brother Pat Morey. He is survived by : his wife Kay Morey; his son Mike Morey Jr.; his grandchildren, Jesse Teal (Amanda Teal) and Cassie Morey; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Eira Teal.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackberry (Bottoms Up) (309 Main St., Juliaetta 83535).
