She was predeceased by: her parents, Roseanne Jostad and Maynard Jostad. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Fornoth; and her children, Zack Fornoth (Jen) and Mandy Walker (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that loved ones honor Barbara by continuing to "Bleed Dodger Blue," planting something beautiful to help make the world a more beautiful place, and simply living life the way Barb did—with love, kindness, positivity, and joy.
