He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bledsoe; his children, Dale Jr., Brian, Mark, Andrea, Rebecka and Thomas; and his grandchildren, Mary, Andrew, Tori, Bryan, Brandon, Domanic, Makayla, Dakota and Kayson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
