He is survived by: his wife Linda Fisk; his children, Tena Spencer (Tim), Nate Howard (Tami) and Katie Miller (Eric); his grandchildren, AJ, Dylan, Luke, Sam (Josh) and Zach; his children, Braeden, Jaxon and Olivia; his siblings, Charles, Lorenzo Howard (Charlye), Pauline Fisher (Jim), Kay Vargason (Mike) and Jeannette Shaffer (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Heikes (Linda) and Randy Fetters.
