He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Simon Woude and Elsie Vander Woude; his wife Chris; and his children, Jeremy (Holly), Leslie (Ted), Mark (Aimee) and Amanda (Rodrigo).

The family suggests to please send donations in memory of Simon to support the missionary work of his brother-in-law, Tim Hart.
