He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Neil Lewis and Dorothy Affie Rowe Lewis; and his brothers, Larry Lewis, Rick Lewis and Wayne Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Lewis; his daughters, Janet Barnes (Lyle), Lisa Mangum (Jeremy) and Olivia Coburn (Steven); his siblings, Peggy Johnson (Ralph), Jacque Boyce (Jim) and Barry Lewis (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Rieley Turner, Vydelia Turner, Neiley Mangum and Parker Mangum; and his great grandchild Austyn Rees. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
