He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Ford and Helen Hubbard Ford; his former wife Pat; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Marvin and Winifred.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mike, Stacy, John, Adam, Brian and Chris; and his brother Ray. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
