He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Joye and Sally Joye; and his siblings, Ilene Joye, Marvin Joye and Melvin Joye.
He is survived by : his daughters, Trina Rogers (Tom) and Wenona Laso-Scott (Adolph); and his sisters, Darlene Joye, Marlene Walker and Ida Joye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
