He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie "Les" Bloom and Anna Murril Brown Daniels; his wife Janice Bloom; his grandson Cody Daniel Jeffreys; and his siblings, Erle Daniels, Wanda Wood, Vivian Lambert-Stewart and Elaine Mathison.
He is survived by: his children, Dianna Lineberry (Bret Watson), Michael Bloom (Brandy Harris) and Greg Bloom; his grandchildren, Meghan Jeffreys, Joshua Jeffreys (Alex Carlisle), Jacob Lineberry, Justin Lineberry (Amber) and Kalahale Murrell; and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Tomi, Sueko, Naomi and Malia.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donating to Dale's favorite charities.
