He was predeceased by : his parents, Muriel Cook and Lloyd Cook; his sons, Doug and Dan J. Cook; his siblings, Vivian Ward, Dorothy Springer, Clarence Cook and Kathleen Weyel; and his grandsons, Adam Cook and Dan T. Cook.
He is survived by : his father-in-law Walter; his grandchildren, Ezrah, Denali and Rachelle Riggers; his wife Carolyn Cook (Nibler); his children, Renee Cook Riggers of Lewiston, Lilas Davis (Tim) of Genesee and Mark Cook Genesee (Rena); and his brother-in-law David Nibler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
