She is survived by: her husband Shawn W. Cook (Wash); her children, Emma Cook (Dalton Wynn) and Cody Cook (Justice Phelps); her granddaughters, Brinnleigh Cook of Kamiah and Anniston Cook of Kamiah; and her siblings, Annette Haworth, Roxanna Durham and Ernest Durham. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
