He is survived by: his children, James (Cathy Luper), Richard (Mona Luper), Calif, Pam Luper of Asotin, Shelley (Kevin Herinckx), Ore, Daniel (Suzy Luper) and Nicki Luper of Clarkston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
