He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Phelps and Peggy Lorraine Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine (Paul), Leanne (Jon), Monica (Kirk) and Paula; and his siblings, Carron and Gary. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
