She is survived by: her husband Butch Shirley; and her children, Kelly (Tracy), Jenny Horne, Rene (Ronnie), Tammy (Matt) and Shane (Amanda). She is also survived by her husband and children, she is survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
