He is survived by : his former life partner Nancie Upham; his spouse Marjean Tucker; his children, Tracy Moitoza, John Riggers (Cheryl), Kristin Liberty (Steve) and Allisha Parot (Justin); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Lacie, Kurt, Matthew, Troy, Chance, Marissa, Madison, Zach, Dan, Reymon and Rayne; his great grandchildren, Dayton, Aspynn, Andrea, Parker and Cora; his siblings, Don Riggers, Gary Riggers (Connie) and Norma Gushliak; and his sister-in-law Billie Jo Riggers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
