She is survived by: her children, Synde Carter of Kenmore, Wash., David Carter (Darla) of Woodinville, Wash., Michelle Smith (Ron) of Gresham, Ore., Scott Carter (Michelle) of Liberty Lake, Wash. and John Carter (Marcie) of Eagle, Idaho; her niece Brandee Donnelly; and her friend Curt Anderson of Anchorage. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
