With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mathew Hayvaz (Lewiston, Idaho), born in Aberdeen, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Hayvaz and Bernice H. Hayvaz (Boone); and his brother Michael Hayvaz. He is survived by: his significant other Sally Ann Smith of Waha; his daughter Jennifer (Kortney Behrens) of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Carver and Dayton; his son Luke Hayvaz (Danielle) of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Hadley and Reagan; his daughter Amanda (Andrew Loseth) of Clarkston; his grandchildren, Alec and Andi; and his sisters, Karen Jonassen of Montesano, Wash. and Betty Sizemore (Jack). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
