Orlan J. Ranstrom Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlan J. Ranstrom (Lewiston, Idaho), who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Orlan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ranstrom (Minnie Ranstrom) and Minnie Ranstrom; his brother Fraye; and his nephew Peter. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn M. Marfilius; and his sons, Scott of Twin Falls and Corey (Elizabeth) of Winchester. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to: Idaho State Veterans Home in Lewiston, Tunnel to Towers, American Eagles Eerie 631 in Lewiston, or American Heart Association.
