He is survived by: his wife Tammy Swearingen; his children, Paul, Andrea Swearingen, Nick, Jolyn Hobson and Rebecca Swearingen; his siblings, Terry Swearingen (Kris), Danny Swearingen (Linda), Janet Hart, Doug Swearingen, Lee Swearingen (Jennifer) and Jill Fuhrman (Scot); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Hallee, Benjamin, June and Isla Jo Hobson; and his uncle Paul.
