He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vandemore and Rose Vandemore; and his brother Donald Vandemore. He is survived by: his spouse Marilla Chambers (Calif); his children, Julia Aldrich (Bruce), Richard Gregory Vandemore Jr. (Patty) and James Vandemore; his grandchildren, Ryan Aldrich (Beth), Adrian Aldrich and Marilla June Zenner (Gillette); his great grandchildren, Grant, R. J., Jamison, Forrest, Maxwell and Marilla Mae; and his sister Diane Bridges (Steve).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (3330 14th St, Lewiston, ID 83501).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Richard's memory.
