With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Fitzgerald (Lewiston, Idaho), who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Fitzgerald to pay them a last tribute.
Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Mowery and Anna Margret Mowery (Newnam). She is survived by: her children, Mark Fitzgerald (Cindy) of Clarkston, Shari Braun (Robin) of Mountain View and Michael Fitzgerald; her husband S. Navy; and her brothers, Jim Mowery (Vicki) of Parker, Colo. and Kevin Mowery. She is also survived by her three children, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Vassar Rawls Funeral Home (920 21st Ave, Lewiston, ID 83501).
Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
