He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" M. Blacker and Mary "Naomi" Batzel Blacker of Moscow; and his brother Darrell Turnidge of Ohio. He is survived by: his wife Donna Romans Blacker; his children, Shawn Blacker (Alicia) of Potlatch, Tammy Moses (Elias) of Kamiah and Cynthia Storment of Texas; his sister Joan Stockwell of Colfax; Russell McNeel (Heidi). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large extended family.
Memorials are suggested to the Polycystic Kidney and Liver Foundation, the Providence Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Surgical Center in Spokane or a foundation of the donor's choice.
