He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Polek and Marie Polek. He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Chelminiak of Oconomowoc and Wis; his children, Todd Polek (Amy) of Lewiston, Tracy Hart (Robb) of Lakeland, Fla., Tom Polek (Charlene) of Deary, Tanya Owens (Mike) of Lewiston and Travis Polek (Letha) of Theon, Wash.; his grandchildren, Rachael Branchick, Brittany Hart (James), Austin Polek (Ariana), Charae Runyon (Lukas), Ashley Spagnuolo (Anthony), LaShae Bane (Mike), Brooke Glassman (Micah), Presley Hart (Brooke), Hunter Owens, Tori Purrington, Myranda Roberts and Brandon Brown; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Conner, Alexis, Landon, Trey, Brendan, Jettson, Kini, Teagan, Theo, Taitum, Lucas, David, Everhett, Maverick, Walker, Lochlan, Cody, Kaijsa, Railynn, Hudson and Waylon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the CrossPoint Alliance Church (1330 Powers Ave, Lewiston, ID 83501). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Lewis-Clark Memorial Gardens (3521 7th St, Lewiston, ID 83501).
