She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph "Sonny" McKinney and Margaret "Margo" McKinney West; and her aunt Dorothy McKinney. She is survived by : her husband Mike Moore; her children, Tammi Jo Moore and Konrad Moore; her siblings, Tracie Elnicki and Arthur "Art" McKinney; her nephews, Johnny Elnicki and Edward Chipman; and her close friends, Haylie Pierce and Calvin Williams.

The family suggests memorial donations in Tonya's honor be made to the Lewiston Eagles.
