He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Jensen and Elaine Jensen; and his sister Carolyn Bice. He is survived by : his wife Karen S. Jensen; his stepson Bill Day (Amy) of Kaysville; and his siblings, Freida Erwin (Mike) of Layton, Alan Jensen (Shelly) of Ogden and Mike Jensen (Tammy) of Ogden. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
