He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Varlo Price and Nora Price; his sister Nonnie Sue Dowdle; and his granddaughter Sydney Gamett. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Price; and his children, E. Shane Price of Tremonton, Utah and Penny Hubler (Shane). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
