In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact EldaLaine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though EldaLaine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden Archibald and Margery Delaine Archibald; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Allen; and her granddaughter Alessandria Mari Allen. She is survived by: her husband John ElRay Allen of Malad, Idaho; and her children, Troy Glen Allen (Cinniman) of Malad, Todd John Allen (Angela) of Tremonton Utah, Travis Lee Allen (Cajsa), John Elden Allen (Camille) of Malad and Emily Peters (Cody) of Surprise Arizona. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren, 7 Great-grandchildren, 2 step Great-grandchildren; as well as her 5 siblings.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Horsley Funeral Home (132 300 N, Malad City, ID 83252). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Malad LDS 2nd, 4th & 5th Ward Chapel (20 S 100 W, Malad City, ID 83252).
