He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Vanderwood of Malad; his daughters, Mia Crompton (Corey) of Vineyard, UT, Rheo Ann Rhees (Mick) of Eureka Springs, AR, Catherine Harmston (Nate) of Uintah, UT and Laurel Madson Lawson of Tacoma, WA.; and his brothers, Clark, Craig, Stacey and Perry.
