He is survived by : his parents, Tony Purdum and Wendi Purdum; his siblings, Jeremy, Eric Purdum, Crystal Haven (Tyson) and Heather Purdum; his grandfather Doyle Kerbs (Kathy); his uncles, Kelley Biddle and Jerry Purdum; and his aunt Pat Walters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
