He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Willard and Mabel Stevens Blackham; his brother Gale; and his daughter Jeanette. He is survived by: his wife Laraine Peck; his brother Brent Blackham of Ephraim, UT.; and his sons, Gary Terpstra (Becky) of Beryl, UT, Buster Blackham (Kalissa) of Malad, ID, Morgan Blackham (Natalie) of Kaysville, UT and Rod Kaye (Vanessa) of Kaysville. He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren and 31 Great Grandchildren and many niece.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (400 200 W, Malad City, ID 83252).
