It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Elton Neal (Malad City, Idaho), who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse William Neal and Virginia Ireta Vroman Neal; his grandparents, William Job and Maria Bradshaw Neal; his close friend Arvilla Marie Evans Neal; and his son Ray Eugene Neal.

He is survived by : his sister Sherril Murray (Mike Murray) of Lakeport, California..
