He was predeceased by : his parents, George Bertram and Catherine Bertram. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Bertram; his children, Stephanie Sheppard (Glenda), Cori Rice (Bill), Ashley Stutzman (Jason) and Rick Allen; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Amory, Chaz, Zach, Izabella, Shane and Henry.
