He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mitchell (Bill) and Martha Mitchell; his siblings, Clifton Mitchell (Nuke), Clinon Mitchell (Cotton), Clarence Mitchell (Poog), Donald Mitchell (Don) and Jeweldean Gillette; his daughter Melissa Wilson; and his wife Melvera Meeks.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Bowman; his daughters, Raelene Thomas and Christina Wilson; his grandchildren, Kurtis Thomas, Mitchell Thomas, Sam Wilson, Kailey Wilson and Maddie Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Kanyon Thomas and Maverick Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201).
