He is survived by: his children, Douglas Ward (Nancy), Shari Baker (Dwight), Scot Ward (Kalynn), Richard Ward (Julie), Suzanne Ashmead (Thomas) and Linda Belveal (Jay). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 19 great‑grandchildren.
