He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Ramicone (Toni) and Robbyn Slocum; his son-in-law Craig Slocum; his grandchildren, Lea Ramicone, Johnathan Ramicone, Stephanie Slocum and Samantha Slocum; and his caregivers, Holly, Rachel, Sarah, Harlie, Raylee, Felicia, Anna, Jody and Harley. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
