She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jean, Harris Dill of Owensboro, Kentucky, Kusumben and Sumanlal Shah of Houston, Texas; and her father-in-law Richard Whalen of Buffalo.
She is survived by: her parents, Jiten Shah and Kathy Shah of Owensboro, Kentucky; her husband Brian Whalen; her sons, Reiss Whalen and Rhett Whalen; and her siblings, Christopher Shah (Jennifer) of Panama City, Florida and Monika Matuszak (Andrew). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
