He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Collins and Nellie Collins. He is survived by: his friends, Darrell Campbell, Ed Raney, Tom Johnson and Ernie Robinson; his wife Velma Warren; his sons, Robert, Patrick and Orville "Dan" Collins; and his grandchildren, Summer (Steele), Kristin (Drey), Clayton, Mackenzie (Collins), Samuel, Vincenza and Madison. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Idaho State Veterans Home in Orville's honor.
