She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Smart and Florence Fleck Smart; her former husband Elliot Ormsbee; her friend Horace Shankwiler; her stepfather Lewis Dickinson; her husband Kenneth Ballantine Maack; her brother William Smart; and her sibling's children, William Smart IV and Lisa Smart.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rebecca Shuler (Cody), Markus Maack, Casey Dixon (Anna) and Sam Dixon; and her great grandchildren, Chance, Jett, Quinton Shuler and Sawyer MacEwen.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Meadow Lake Village (650 S Arbor Ln, Meridian, ID 83642).
