He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Lusk and Doris Lusk (Green); and his sisters, Neva Davis and Teri Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Dillon; his children, Ashley Olson (John), Bethany Morgan (Drew), Shane Lusk (Amber) and Courtney Peet (Anker); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Sierra, Blakely, Quinn, Samantha, Aubrey, Jacob, Tanner, Paisyn, Dillon, William, Benjamin, Sadie and Stevie; and his siblings, Cindy Oram, Lewis Hamberlin, Lynda Curtis and Nancy Hamberlin.
