She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray D. Johnson and Shirley P. Johnson; and her brother Lenard Johnson. She is survived by: her son Brayden Michael of Ovid; her husband Michael Sparks (Temple); her son Cody Sparks (Shanaya) of Montpelier; her grandchildren, Oakley, Luke and Dale; and her siblings, Max Johnson (Jean) of Providence, UT, Rodney Johnson (Suzanne) of Pocatello, ID, Rex Johnson (Dee) of Bern, ID, Marie Somers (Jerry) of North Logan, UT and Brenda Wolfe (Patrick) of Waldport, OR. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jennifer's honor to the Intermountain Healthcare–Logan (Gossner) Cancer Center in Logan, UT, or Bear Lake Memorial Hospital.
