He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Kus. He is survived by: his children, Tom Tylutki of Edina, MN, Mike Tylutki of Medford, OR, Louise Gabrielle Kerins (Tylutki) of Laguna Niguel, CA, Dan Tylutki of Issaquah, WA, Chris Tylutki of Jacksonville, FL and Cara Zuber (Tylutki) of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
