He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haley and Kathleen Haley (Wadsworth). He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his daughter Phoebe; and his siblings, Keith Haley (Pattie) and Kara Caudill (Marcus). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Moscow First United Methodist Church (322 E 3rd St, Moscow, ID 83843).
