She was predeceased by: her parents, Mel Carter and Betty Sinclair; her stepfather Don Sinclair; and her brother Jim Carter. She is survived by: her siblings, Rob Sinclair, Nola Colvin (Geoff), Don Gregg Sinclair and Diana Mabbutt (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
