He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilman Bergland and Gladys Bergland; his wife Lail Bergland (Brownlee); and his siblings, Sherrill Harris (Troy) and Gordon Bergland (Faye).
He is survived by: his sister Mardell Kisling (Tom) of Redding, CA; and his children, Barbara Nash (Brad) of Nampa, Richard Bergland (Jennifer) of Yukon, OK, Don Bergland (Trudi) of Nampa and Ed Bergland (Mandy) of Nampa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
